Vale & Rue offers free standard shipping with tracking to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
After carrier acceptance, eligible products stocked in the United States typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Products stocked overseas typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. The estimate shown for a product or order is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Order preparation and tracking
Orders are prepared before carrier acceptance. When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. A new tracking number may take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan.
Multiple packages
An order may arrive in more than one package when items are fulfilled from different locations. Each available tracking number will be provided separately.
Address changes and delays
Contact support@valeandrue.com promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Weather, carrier volume, address issues and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Shipping options
Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently available. The available free standard method appears at checkout before payment.
