Shipping with clear expectations
Vale & Rue offers free standard shipping with tracking to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Eligible United States orders typically arrive in 8 to 10 business days, including processing. This estimate applies across the Vale & Rue catalog and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Order cutoff and preparation
Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET Monday through Friday enter that day's processing queue. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays enter the next business day's queue. Our delivery estimate includes 3 to 4 business days of processing and 5 to 6 business days of carrier transit.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking begins updating when the carrier scans your package. Allow time for the first scan to appear after you receive your tracking number. You can also visit our Track order page for help.
Multiple packages
An order may arrive in more than one package when items are fulfilled from different locations. Each available tracking number will be provided separately.
Address changes and delays
Contact support@valeandrue.com promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Weather, carrier volume, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Shipping options
