How should I choose my size?
Compare the garment measurements with a coat you already own. Leave room for the clothes you plan to wear underneath. Size labels can vary between styles, so do not rely on the label alone.
Is faux fur the same as animal fur?
No. Faux fur is a textile made to resemble animal fur. Check the fabric information for the individual coat to understand its fiber composition and lining.
How warm will a coat be?
Warmth depends on the garment, the layers underneath and the weather. A cropped or open-front jacket is not the same as a closed, insulated winter coat. We do not assign temperature ratings without product-specific testing.
How should I care for my coat?
Follow the care label on the garment. Washing, heat and brushing can affect different fabrics in different ways. If a label is unclear, ask us before cleaning the coat.
